Policies
Payment Methods
We accept Money Orders, Visa, Master Card, Bank Checks, PayPal, and Personal Checks in US
currency only. Visa Master Card, American Express, & Discover credit cards can be taken
online. (Any NSF checks are subject to payment by Credit Card, Bank Check, or Money Order plus a
charge of $20.00.) Cash is NOT recommended to be sent in the mail, however, if cash is
sent, We are NOT responsible for cash lost in the mail. For contact information, see

Shipping & Handling Charges
Domestic
Using UPS Or USPS
A flat rate of $6.50 is used for the continental US states. Some items may require extra
handling fees such as Invoro-Tech and large bulky items such as cases of flex track due to
special handling requirements. For out side of continental states, please refer to Foreign
Orders below.
Foreign Orders
Foreign deliveries are subject to exact shipping charges. Submit form as you would normaly,
but exclude shipping charges. We will use your address to calculate postage and return an e-mail
to you as soon as possible.
Back Orders
Back orders can be done on both domestic and foreign orders. Item(s) will be
sent when they become available. After 30 days, buyer has the option to cancel back
ordered item(s) with no obligation or penalties.
Return Policy
Please feel free to contact us about any problems before returning any item(s).
Item(s) to be returned to Highrailer are to be packaged in original packaging or
equivalent and returned as soon as possible. Any delays may cause difficulties.
New Product Returns
First read any warranties made by the manufacturer. Some defects require you
to deal directly with the manufacturer. In all other cases, contact us for specific
details. There may be a restocking fee on some item(s). Different manufacturers have different
rules in this matter.
Used Product Returns
Used items are returnable only if damage occurred during shipping. Otherwise,
used item(s) are not returnable. We pay close attention to detail and explain the
item very well to insure that the buyer understands the condition of the item before
it is purchased.
Non-Returnables
Partly used liquids such as paint, thinners, putty, adhesives... Some electronics can not be
returned if used. Contact us for further information.
Product Holding Policy
Items from inventory or those ordered will be held 30 days from notification date. Purchaser will
be notified when order is complete along with a grand total owed. Purchaser has 30 days from
that date to make payment. After that, all items in that order are subject to be sold. Items
being held while waiting for other items to come in do not apply. Only when the complete order
is in stock for the purchaser, and the purchaser has been notified in some way, will the 30 days
begin. This policy was put in effect on 1/1/05.
Open Door Policy
Here at Highrailer we have an open door policy regarding suggestions, ideas, and requests of
our guests.
