This is an odd one. We're not breaking any altitude records, but this will attract attention. This flying disk takes off like a normal rocket, if you can call this normal. After apogee, the rocket rolls over and the body acts as a parachute. There are 3 wire landing arms that make it bounce when it hits the ground.
